Check-In time is anytime after 1PM. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed) Checkout time is before 11AM. This property considers guests aged 12 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as their parents; however, charges for additional bedding may apply.

Payment Policies Deposit Information

Your credit card is not charged during the booking process. It is merely utilized to hold your reservation. You may pay by credit card, cash upon Check-in. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card prior to arrival. This may act like a charge, but it is merely to hold an amount on your credit card as our guarantee which expires after a short period. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge of one night's room and tax. Early departure fees may apply. Cancellations can be made online or by calling our property. Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.

Currency Conversions

All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian Dollars. The exchange information listed here is a guide only. As currency exchange rates will fluctuate slightly on a daily basis, the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange. Please call us or inquire at the Front Desk for the current days exchange rates. Currency exchange is available at the Front Desk.

Extra guests

The rates quoted by our system are based upon your selections chosen for the # of Adults and Children. Any extra persons up and beyond your stated quantities may be subject to charges and the availability of accommodations for extra guests is not guaranteed by Niagara Central Reservations or this property.

Rollway Beds and Cribs

There is an additional cost of $10 per night for each Rollway Bed.

Please call us or make note of your request in the "Special Requests" field to reserve these items in advance due to limited supply.

Rollaway beds and cots are extra charges (only provided if available) Any trace, mark or evidence of pets found in the room you stay in will result in direct charges on the credit card provided for cleaning, controlling and utilizing the room. If any pets are found in the room during your stay at the Aston Villa Motel, you will be asked to discharge the room without a refund.
