Payment Policies Deposit Information |
Your credit card is not charged during
the booking process. It is merely utilized
to hold your reservation. You may pay by
credit card, cash, travelers cheques, or
money order upon Check-in.
A valid credit card is required to secure
your reservation. The Hotel will authorize
the credit card prior to arrival. This may
act like a charge, but it is merely to hold
an amount on your credit card as our
guarantee which expires after a short
period. If we are unable to secure
authorization on the credit card, the hotel
reserves the right to cancel the reservation
immediately. |

Cancellation Policies |
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days
prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty
charge of one night's room and tax. Early
departure fees may apply.
Cancellations can be made online or by
calling our property. Please record the
cancellation number you will be given for
your own records.

Currency Conversions |

All rates are confirmed and will be charged
in Canadian Dollars. The exchange
information listed here is a guide only. As
currency exchange rates will fluctuate
slightly on a daily basis, the hotel cannot
guarantee a specific rate of exchange.

The rates quoted by our system are based
upon your selections chosen for the # of
Adults & Children.
Any extra persons up and beyond your stated
quantities may be subject to charges and the
availability of accommodations for extra
guests is not guaranteed by Niagara Central

Any trace, mark or evidence of pets found in
the room you stay in will result in direct
charges on the credit card provided for
cleaning, controlling and utilizing the
room. If any pets are found in the room
during your stay at the A1-Motel, you will
be asked to discharge the room without a
refund.
Reserving Multiple Rooms: Please
indicate in the "comments" section if you
are reserving multiple rooms; i.e. 1 of 2
rooms, 2 of 2 rooms. This will avoid rooms
being cancelled in error. However, You may
not book 2 or more rooms under one
reservation. |
